I have a 3.5 lb sirloin tip roast that I want to cook on the BBQ tomorrow to make hot beef sandwiches or pulled beef with. How do I go about this. I just got a fancy BBQ as a hand me down and I need to learn how to use it's full potential! It came with a little smoker box for wood chips or pellets or whatever as well as a rotisserie. It's also a giant 4 burner so I can easily cook it over indirect heat. Any side, condiment and seasoning suggestions are also welcome, please! Thanks for your help!
