I have a Superior smoker. Do you have to pressure clean it after a cook or just clean with soap and water?? Also after cleaning it, do you need to re-season it again with either oil or pam and then heat it for a couple of hours?? I am talking about every cook.. Also I bought a cover with the smoker and sometimes put the smoker in the garage or outside covered. Either way, when I get ready to use it the inside is full of mold, the racks are molded and have rust, the inside of the smokestack has mold and has rust and the ash pan is rusted and the grease pan is rusted I have to take the racks, grease pan and ash pan out and store them so they don't mold and rust. Even though all have been oiled and seasoned. Is there a way to stop this so I don't have to scrub it before and after each cook?? Any advise is appreciated..
