Hey there, does anybody have a Luau/Hawaiian/Polynesian rib recipe they wouldn't mind sharing? I'm not seeing much on the web that is doing much for me.
I'm thinking of things like grated ginger, soy, guava or peach nectar (or pineapple juice of course), etc., but I can't quite bring it all together into a marinade and recipe and cooking method. Must be out of practice I guess.
