Where did they dig up these guys? I can understand the guys east of the rockies not knowing tri-tip but goodness, they all should have had their brisket down pat. I have never seen a bunch of burnt ends that looked so bad. Pathetic display of big mouth cooks with little cooking skill. As a CBJ for over 5 years these guys would have been laughed out of the judging tent. The judges were pulling the tri-tip like brisket, they don't know tri-tip either. Who cuts meat with the grain?
