We have increased our office space by 4 times and are staffing departments as we speak with additional workers.
We ARE focusing of the front end and thank you very much for your suggestions. Our 800 Sprint lines are giving us some intermittent problems and we are trying to get to the bottom of those .
In the past Our Customer Service has not been what it should be.
We are continuing to do things to change that. Thank you again for your suggestions
