Hey Ray, I took your Detroit course and "helped" you in Grand Rapids in 2001(or was it 2002?). Still the best brisket I've tasted- judges didn't like it, but I loved it. Gentlemans Jack and your name of "Italian P*rn Star". That's me. I've always doctored your rub, and thanks to you, ppl in the UP think I do great BBQ. But it's no longer available per Hawgeyes.
