Going to try and do about 50 to 70 wings on the smoker. Never tried doing them. Any advise as to what temp to smoke them at and for how long? Going to soak them the night before in italian dressing as a friend suggested then put some rub on them and finish them with a light sauce buffalo style. Any help on the temp and cooking time or anything else is appreciated.
