I have done that many times before. Just make sure that wherever you are warming up the brisket at that you add some liquid to it so it does not dry out. I typically put the brisket on a rack about the liquid and use a baster to baste the brisket every hour or so. If you leave it sit in the liquid to long it will turn the brisket a darker shade of brown.
