I gotta say, a few years ago I would've hands down said rib eye, which I of course still love. But....I've found a new love the last couple years and it's name is Hanger Steak. A VERY rich beefy flavor but the tenderness of slow roasted beef yet done med rare and charred. An awesome cut that if you haven't yet, a must on your next 'to do' list!
