Don't skimp on the length of the bag. Cut it long enough to fold it over, tight, and press most of the air out before you start the "suck". Watch closely, and hit the seal button the second you see the juice pass the crease..........Doesn't take long to get the hang of it, assuming you ain't been drinkin........
