i'm having a problem with my commercial fridge in my bbq trailer. Its in the 90's here today (100 plus in the trailer) and the fridge is not maintaining temperature....just talked to my refrigerator guy that recharged the system 3 weeks ago. He told me that fridges are not designed to work in that kind of heat (nothing above 80) and there is not really much i can do about it. This can't be a unique situation. How do people in much hotter climates than here in colorado deal with this situation. Are there companies that specialize in oversized compressor fridges that are designed to work in food trucks in phoenix?
