Is anybody else having trouble with having their meat from Sam's spoiling before the USE BY date. I had two packs of ribs spoil this week-end at a contest. This is happening at least once a year and not due to poor handling or storage.
It's rather discouraging to be 30 miles dfrom the nearest Sam's and have to go get replacement product.I am losing confidence in my decison to use them as a supplier. They have a good replacement policy and they are sponsoring some KCBS events but Friday mornings start out bad with spoiled product.
The only thing I have not had spoiled is brisket.
