Blindog, just FYI. In the past year I've bought BAD spares and and VERY BAD fully trimmed beef tenderloin ($90) at the Costco on N. Parkway. I think it's just hit and miss. I don't blame the stores, I believe the blame probably lies with the shipping companies-too much time outside refrigeration. Local grocery stores are no better - Star Market gave me some BAD BAD ribs a couple of years ago.
