PS.....rubbed and in the pit by 1pm. Butterflied out to get more bark, rubbed with a spicy, raspberry rub and burning with some hickory and cherry. Should be done by 8-9pm. Watched the Pitnmaster's last nite and it got me jonesin' for some pit pork, even though we're planning on going out for BBQ tomorrow nite to Brasa's. Anyone in the Twin Cities been there, opinions??
