next time you do this, cook your butts and brisket in pans and reserve the au jus. seperate the fat and when comes time to reheat you can use that to add mositure. the meat will taste like meat. might also disolve some of the repective rubs in the au jus for added flavor. of course if you are looking for a coke flavored brisket you have the plan.
