Everything turned out very well. I was at work, so my wife had to do everything for me and bring it just in time for lunch.

We decided to use the foil 1/2 pans. She added 1/2 cup of apple juice, the the meat, then a little aus jus we saved back and a little bbq sauce.

She heated them for 30 minutes at 250 degrees checked the temperature and then kicked it up to 300 degrees for 30 minutes. She put everything in a 120 quart Igloo cooler covered in towels. It was still very hot 20 minutes later when it arrived.

The employees appreciated the effort and seemed to really enjoy the food.
