I would like to try making MOINK Balls. Can someone suggest a good brand of meatballs to try? I'm not sure if its supposed to be all beef, beef and pork, italian, etc. It is my understanding that you wrap bacon around a frozen meatball, cook until done, then dip in BBQ sauce. Is this correct? Thank you.
