Right Buddy, I know!!! They were not in the foil too long and just a tablespoon of liquid in the mix and held for less an hour. Never seen this before. I was in a hurry and had to get something to cook. How about do not ever again get ribs that say frozen and thawed for you convenience on the label. M.A.
