I recently heard someone mention smoked mac and cheese, now that sounded good. I was looking at the Seven Fires cookbook and saw a recipe for "Beef and Potato Pie," that called for cooking it in a 375 degree oven. I wondered if that could be done better in a real hot smoker.

This and other things have be wondering what great, unusual, things could be cooked in a smoker that I never thought of before. So my question is what "different" items have you successfully cooked in your smoker? I am looking for new ideas.
