I do make bbq pot pies in the smoker. Beef, pulled chicken or pulled pork. I make Grizz's old "hickory smoked green beans with mushroom sauce" recipe that I got here years ago and I use that as the filling along with the meat except I also add carrots, onions and peas to it. I top that off with the smoked meat of choice and some cheddar cheese. Then cap it with a sweet potato pie crust.
