Used a WSM with no water pan and a pizza stone. Came out with a beautiful golden crust. BEst looking peach pie I've ever made. Baked at 350 degrees like it was an oven. Was told it tasted fantastic. I had baked it for my first "anything Butt" contest, not realizing it has to be any meat but the 4 main categories. I misunderstood and thought anything. Got DQ'ed. Told the reps to just put it on the 'grazing table". Volunteers raved over it.
