I guess most anything could be cooked in a smoker. My Great Grandfather and Great Grandmother cooked everything on a wood cookstove until she died and he moved in with my Grandmother. I think that was in 1979, He died in 1982 at 97. I'll never forget going there as a kid, I've never eaten food like that again.
