We haven't reviewed one yet on Pelletheads but you'll find some discussion of the 120 if you use the search feature.
I cooked on one at a contest back in January. Results and usage very, very similar to the FEC-100. Great temp control and good consistent blue smoke. Temps in cabinet seemed even.
The 120 is designed for commercial kitchens where it can sit under a vent hood. The smoke exits via a broad opening in the back instead of into a pipe like the 100.
