Day late but here was the menu:
Pulled pork (3 butts)
Spare ribs (3 slabs)
Grilled 14 pound turkey
raw veg platter
dips, chips, pickles, olives, fruit, watermelon...
I am beat, 20 people for 4 days straight to cook for.
