I do whole hogs two ways. Traditional smoked hog on off-set is $20 p/p and they get two sides, buffet table etc. I also do a luau style in my La Caja China (4 hour cook) and that is $16 p/p with two sides etc. There is a 50 person min. plus tax and 15% gratuity.
