Yoder is the way to go. We cook on twin Comp Carts for Contests. They cook well, they are built well (10 gauge steel cooking chamber, 14 gauge steel on hopper and cart). Best thing is you can smoke, bake and grill. It is versitle and for basicly the same money. I grilled steaks last night and got the Criss-Cross grill marks on both sides without putting it on the Highest setting.
