A little while ago Mike for Hawgeyesbbq posted to the forum about "Cooler Corn" where you cook corn in a cooler. Corn is one of my favorite food items. I always look forward to this time of the year because I can buy fresh corn that was picked that morning. This year I have not seen the corn vender at all, probably because of the drought. I also have heard that the price of corn is going way up because of the drought. The only thing good I can think of is it might make some people think twice about burning our corn in our cars.
I always eat corn on the cob with butter, salt and pepper and I have been content with that. But, I have been thinking about corn too much and I was wondering about other ways to fix it besides the butter, salt and pepper. What are some of the ways that you fix corn on the cob?
