I use the Mike Finnigan way. (Some of you old timers from Kansas will remember my friend Mike and his bands.)
Crazed Hipsters grilled corn.
Shuck the corn, mix up butter, garlic, pepper and horse radish. Melt it till it pours. Put the ears in tinfoil and pour the mixture on it. Wrap it up and put on the grill turning it a few times to cook it evenly. It should come out grilled with a few “burn” marks on it! Always is a big hit when I do it for friends!
