Here are some comments on corn on the cob that I also found interesting.
"For Indian style corn (from India) you dip the lime in chili powder and salt and smush it onto the corn. The juice from the lime helps the spices stick to the corn. Grill until you get the right level of char and use the lime rub to keep basting the corn.
* Vietnamese Style dressing: stir-fried spring onions with a bit salt and sugar for extra flavor
* Butter, mayonaise, salt and pepper
* Chili powder and lime are quite delicious especially if you grill the corn."
