After a 5 year hiatus from bbq, I've decided to jump back in whole hog, so to speak.
I'm looking at Kamado-style grills like the Big Green Egg, Big Steel Keg, etc., and was wondering if anyone had opinions on either of them.
I've mostly used a WSM, but I'd like to just have one grill for bbq and high-temp cooking, so I'd like to hear some thoughts. Thanks in advance.
