Bob, I agree with your recommendation, but as a point of clarification for a newbie who might be reading this, your recommendation of 1/3 lb. per person, I believe, is COOKED weight and rather than RAW weight. Assuming about 50% shrikage during cooking, you'd want to start with twice that much. Good Q'en On Ya'. John
