I might agree, but refunding your money or replacing product on spoiled meat isn't exactly going above and beyond. They give away so much because they are constantly selling spoiled meat. If you shop at RD on any sort of regular basis, you are going to get spoiled meat a couple of times a year.
great when you have time to deal with it. sucks when you are running late, have a pile of spoiled ribs at your house and they are out of spares and have to replace with baby backs.
So good for them, they did the right thing, hardly great customer service.
