As a vendor who had to hit RD multiple times at every event and dealt heavily with the Phoenix RD I am constantly surprised when I hear negative reviews or comments from others.
They've always bent over backwards for us, ordering things in when we needed them and treated us like they really cared we shopped there. When we first started up we were trying to figure out how to transport frozen product from RD to home. We struck up a conversation with one of the managers and he walked over to the insulated carriers (one of the black ones the size of a shopping cart) and handed it to us saying "take this and give it a try". How many stores would see you having a problem and give you a $60 item to help solve it?
When we had an issue with standing in line with Ice Cream and it getting soft we mentioned it to the manager and he instituted a process where you fill out an order sheet, go through the checkout then get the order brought to you.
I have been impressed with almost all the RD's I've been to, I could call ahead and they'd order in more of what I needed, make up custom pallets or get flavors they didn't normally carry. While I'm sure some have had issues with RD as with any business I've never seen it.
Suffice it to say I can't say enough good about our experiences with RD!
