Simply done with S&P and some Montreal Seasoning, basted with Scott's Vinegar Sauce and made a reduced, thickened au jus from the caught drippings to glaze at the end, 'no bbq sauce'. The bottle of bbq sauce on the table lost maybe 3 tablespoons! Ribs were GREAT, no bbq sauce or bbq rub used at all.
