Nope just as mentioned, S&P, montreal, brushed a bit of Scott's vinegar. I reduced and de-fatted the saved drippings. Reduced to almost a demiglace thickness and made a finishing glaze with that. Most didn't even thouch the bottled sauce on the table, those that did put about a tsp on the plate.
