I paid to take Johnny & Rod's class several years ago. I believe they layed it all out there. They may have adjusted a few things since then, but haven't we all. I don't think they held back anything. People that cook as much bbq as Rod & Johnny and keep winning have stayed up with the current tastes and practices. The judging sure has changed over the years, so have the cooks.
I got my money's worth.
