I grew up in the restaurant bussiness and watched it grind on my dad 16+ hours a day. Started washing dishes for 50c/hr when I was 10. Good money for a 5th grader in '65. I learned good, stay out of it and cook for fun and family after your normal job. GOD BLESS restaurant workers, they deserve it and you HAVE TO love it or it'll damned near kill ya!
