Trying to get a feel for cooked food that comes off of a Port-A-Pit. I believe it is a charcoal cooker that uses a conveyor system to dunk cooking product through a marinade. Lots of buzz on the internet with special praise heaped on chicken. I found some copycat info and cooked some chicken using one of the recipes. It was good. Seems big in Indiana with Nelson doing lots of catering (especially fund raisers) and Boss Products building equipment. Would appreciate hearing some comments from those of you who have it. Thanks.
