Hi everybody!!!, Recently i buyed a new house and i want to build a BBQ in my backyard. I post a picture of my sketch (thanks MS paint!). The main question is about smoker in the right. I want to build smoker with wood chamber under the meat chamber. Is that right? i think the heat of the fire will influence the coocking of meat. Now the separation between this two chambers is about 15 cms of concrete with two holes in the middle. Any suggestions to improve this design?
