I've used Paul Kirk's Char Sui marinade on all kinds of pork cuts, including ribs, and they are delicious!
My neighbors actually prefer the gooey, pinker Ah-So sauce, which can be bought in the supermarket.
Paul's is quick and easy; the Ah-So is quicker and easier. Both are great on smoker ribs and oven ribs.
