I scored on 6 bologna chubs and they're going on the smoker Tuesday along with a case of brisket flats.
I once saw on FTV where a restaurant was smoking bologna, slicing it thick and then deep frying it. I think that's my plan. then on cheap bread it goes along with bbq sauce and a dollop of slaw.
