Every weekend people were sharing their cooking experiences (me included) and so many questions were answered and help given...... Now we talk about chicken thighs that look, (and taste,) like cupcakes.......... For what it's worth... My son and I did some country ribs yesterday on his WSM using lump and cherry wood for about 3 hours. Just used Dizzy Pig Pinapple Head Rub....We brined them for about 4 hours prior to the cook. No sauce or glaze, but we did serve them with a fresh peach, onion, jalapeno salsa.....
and fresh corn on the cob.........
