I hope so, but I'm not optimistic.
This entire situation has been mishandled from the start - from erroneous web page entries to ignored email messages and false promises over the phone. The item for which I paid is still listed on their web page as deliverable in "2-3 weeks."
And the comment by the Horizon reprentative that "the squeaky wheel gets the grease" when I was asked for the name on my order really gave me a bad feeling. I'm a paying customer - not a squeaky wheel.
