I have a 5# pastrami in my freezer. I want to cut it in half put half back in the freezer and slice the rest. Someone told me to keep it frozen, and then run it through my meat slicer. He says it will slice more evenly that way. Sounds weird to me. Seems like it would dull the blade! What do you think?
