Scott, I think you may be out of luck. Cabela's has a model that may be a touch better, but it's also pushing $400 if I recall correctly. And a good used Hobart or other commercial slicer can be found for about that much if you keep an eye on Craig's list or sign up for updates from a couple restaurant liquidators that are on the web.
