OK, here you go. I've made this for thousands of people. I call this a Sam's Club method because everything but the Celery seeds are there:

Sam's Tidewater Coleslaw:
Look in the food service isle and you will find a three pack of plastic tubs with yellow lids. Get them plus a big container of mayo, a two gallon box of vinegar, a bag of white sugar and five (5) two pound bags of coleslaw (in the produce cooler). Stop at another food store on the way home and pick up a tin of celery seeds. I use Kruger since it's cheaper and always in stock.

Take one of your tubs and dump in:
3) Cups of Mayo
1) Cup of vinegar
3/4) Cup of sugar
2) Tablespoons of celery seed

Put the lid on tight and shake it like crazy

Now add
1 1/2) Bags of coleslaw, replace the lid and shake it up real good.

You just built enough coleslaw for 25 people. Do that two more times and your done. Cool the three containers in the fridge over night and you can combine down to 2 tubs.
I built this recipe when Sam's sold three pound bags of coleslaw but now they sell two pound bags so if you want to do just one bag go with:
2) Cups mayo
2/3) Cup vinegar
1 1/2)T seeds
1/2 cup sugar

On the beans, just get the Bushes Baked Beans at Sam's and add some BBQ sauce. I gallon feeds 25, get three and some Sweet Baby Ray to go in.
