Appetizer often are better then the main course. Sometime I make meals out of what others call appetizers. I think you can't go wrong with a good cheese tray. Don't make it too simple but use some cheeses that a lot have not tried. I like Gruyere, Edam, Cheddar, Swiss, Brie, fresh Mozzarella and Fontina . Put some black and green olives on the plate. Add some thin sliced imported smoked salmon
Then next to it a big salad of quartered Roma tomatoes, thin sliced red onions, slivers of cucumbers and more olives. Use Wishbone Balsamic Italian dressing and top it with Fleur de Sel sea salt and fresh ground black pepper. Are you hungry yet?
