Well they aren't abt's but a little while back I took some chicken thighs and boned them and pounded them out some, then sliced an onion and some jalapenos and marinated all of it in Italian dressing. After it was done in the marinade I took some Italian sausage, some jack cheese and procceded to lay the thighs out putting a bit of sausage on them, a piece of cheese and some of the onion and jalapeno pepper. Rolled them up and skewered them plus had to use a few tooth picks to help hold them. sprinkle with some rub and put them on the smoker.
I did 40 some at a Paul Kirk cooking class recently and they went over real well!
