I do a mean pork loin..usually inject with an apple/peach juice mixture with a bit of Worcestershire, slather with mustard and hit with Butcher BBQ Sweet Honey Rub and cook it at 275 on the hotter side of the smoker when making baby back ribs on the cooler side..i usually pull it at 155 wrap for half hour or so and slice...I tried different methods such as bacon wrapped (which produced some tasty bacon but the pork tasted like it was done in the oven except on the ends) bacon half wrapped such as staggered but my method was the best and people were eating it as fast as they were with the baby back ribs so guess I did my job right.
