I thought at least one "purest" would include this very old traditional ingredient.
Although there are some mighty fine suggestions from the posts below. I think I would run with "Big Orange Smoker". We have a local BBQ joint in Baldwin, FL that knocks my socks off and they don't use any wild meat. Maybe this is why some judges try to pack off as much brisket as they can?
